All prescription medications supplied by us require approval from one of our registered prescribers. A prescription will only be issued following a completed and satisfactory online consultation.
Our pharmacists and prescribers retain full clinical discretion to decline, amend, or withdraw a prescription at any time if it is deemed not to be in your best interest. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use with our pharmacy only unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays or public holidays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for items lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications in accordance with UK pharmacy law and patient safety guidelines.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for approved orders that have not yet been dispatched will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where medications have already been dispensed.
